The Village Green at City Center
Located due north of the City Center Northeast Village development on 28 acres between I-435 and Renner Boulevard, the Village Green at City Center will contain in a variety of 1-4 story buildings, 100,000 sq ft of retail space; 135,000 sq ft of office space; 270 multi-family units; and 210 hotel rooms. Grading is anticipated before or during the summer 2008.
